A busy year of fixtures unfolds for 2008, with the key dates detailed for your diaries.
The PRO AM, being the Islands Premier golfing event will be held on Wednesday 4th June. To ensure your team is represented in this event and the Open AM AM (Saturday, 10th May), email us to register your teams interest for an application form. Both events were heavily subscribed in 2007, so an early interest makes sense.
The Mens Club Championship will be contested over the weekend of 12th/13th July, with Chris Reed defending his title. The weekend event includes the Roger Matthews Salver, a 36 hole handicap competition currently also held by Chris Reed. If you can only make 18 holes, then the Melville Hall Cup, also held by Chris Reed(handicap competition) on the Sunday is for you.
Sunday 11th May is another enjoyable Club day, with the Shanklin and Sandown Mixed Open, available to both Members and Visitors. Entry includes coffee on arrival and a sumptuous hot and cold buffet on completion of your round.
